Search Background
Vortexa was seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead the commercial growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience and understanding with a variety of customer types and user audiences, and an appreciation of the different approaches to optimally grow each.
Requirements
The core requirements for this candidate was to impact revenue growth by applying a highly analytical and data centric approach. The successful candidate would need to assess the success Vortexa had already had and ensure the blueprint for future growth could deliver. Alongside this core requirement was also the desire for a true C-level profile to add both gravitas and to act as a sounding board to other members of the leadership team.
Result
Erevena conducted an international search, covering the European and U.S. market for successful revenue leaders, having owned a full stack revenue organization across sales & marketing. Concentrating on leaders within the B2B SaaS arena both at enterprise and SMB. Chris came recommended due to his background in having sold trading solutions to a similar customer base, and his scaling success through Enablon and Optibus.
