Search Background
Having scaled and structured a remote workforce across Europe and increasingly into North America, Stravito required a VP People to serve as an integral part of the team and help set and execute the expansion strategy. Reporting into the CEO Co-Founder, this person will be responsible for building a People function that fosters a dynamic, high performing and inclusive workplace culture, and one that will enable and support the organisation as it scales, at pace, globally.
Requirements
The successful candidate needed to have proven track record of for developing and executing the people strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of a scale-up enterprise SaaS organization. Specifically, they will have deep experience in the areas of organizational structure, succession planning, talent acquisition and management, culture & change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation/benefits structuring.
Result
Erevena identified and introduced Monica Öberg who has significant experience in scale-up B2B SaaS businesses, setting up and running the People function from scratch. A Texan based in Stockholm, Monica brought deep understanding of the intricacies of building people processes and structure in North America and Europe.
