Erevena are delighted to announce that Maddy Cross has joined as a Partner to focus on the B2B software space in response to increasing demand from clients in the UK and across Europe.

Maddy previously oversaw the Talent function at Notion Capital in London, a $500m VC fund focussed on B2B software investments at Series A and beyond, including GoCardless, Tradeshift, Paddle, and Unbabel amongst others.

“We are delighted to welcome Maddy to Erevena, she brings fantastic experience in working with Founders to build their leadership teams and will further strengthen our growing Partner Group at Erevena.”  Dan Hyde, CEO, Erevena

While at Notion Capital, Maddy conducted extensive research into how Unicorns form their leadership teams; she brings these insights to Erevena to help Founders understand who they should hire, and when they should hire them.

“I’ve spent significant time conducting research into how Unicorns form their leadership teams and find it incredibly satisfying that these insights help the Founders I work with really understand who they should hire, and when they should hire them. I’m looking forward to putting this knowledge  to use at Erevena, working with the most exciting companies in the B2B Software space.” Maddy Cross, Partner, Erevena
