Dan holds the full-time position of Executive Chair, working closely with our clients, shaping the future of the business, and supporting the team as we continue to grow. Previously serving as CEO of Erevena for 21 years, Dan has played a pivotal role in building the firm into a leader in executive search. As a Founding Director, he has spent over two decades working with technology companies, appointing executive teams for some of the world’s fastest-growing SaaS businesses.
Dan has led high-profile searches for companies such as Mistral, Asana, DeepL and many more, with a particular focus on CEO, General Management, Chair, and NED roles within investor-backed companies.
Dan is an active investor in early-stage technology ventures, a General Partner at Erevena Capital, and holds a degree in Philosophy from Manchester University.
