Maddy joined Erevena in early 2021 as a Partner focused on VC backed businesses in the B2B software space, with a focus on Engineering and Technology leadership.

She previously oversaw the Talent function at Notion Capital in London, a $1bn VC fund focussed on B2B software investments at Series A and beyond, including GoCardless, Mews, and Unbabel amongst others. Whilst at Notion Capital, Maddy spent significant time conducting research into how Unicorns form their leadership teams; she brings these insights to Erevena to help clients including Commercetools, Paddle, Automata and others to scale their teams.

Maddy holds a First Class degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, and an MBA from London Business School.
