Grant is a Principal at Erevena and joined us in September 2017.
An experienced headhunter specialising in the technology and software sectors, Grant joined Erevena to work with Founder CEO, Dan Hyde, focusing on hiring world-class executive leadership talent into high-growth technology companies. With over 15 years of executive search experience, he has a track record of structuring senior management teams capable of establishing and growing profitable operations in new and existing markets.
Grant has worked with a variety of clients across industries. He has successfully completed assignments for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Managing Directors, practice leadership, and other senior executives responsible for sales, marketing, and lines of business. He has also placed Chairman and Non-Executive members for emerging technology companies. Grant has broad practice expertise including enterprise software, SaaS, and digital media.
Prior to joining Erevena, Grant worked at Oracle where he established the EMEA executive leadership recruiting capability working with the President, Loic le Guisquet, and his leadership team. He was instrumental in hiring transformational leaders as Oracle aggressively moved to the cloud. His earlier career was spent with Korn Ferry and CTPartners, as well as two boutique firms, Renoir Partners and Renaissance.
Grant is a graduate of Kingston University.
