This was our third search with Erevena and in a function that is notoriously difficult in Europe. In Scott we found a great Chief Product Officer, he has applied his experience of building world class, autonomous product, user research and design teams, and has been able to combine our vision as founders and couple it with the market sentiments to set a product roadmap that will position Beamery as category leaders over the next 2 years and beyond. Erevena produced a diverse shortlist and we were able to close out with Scott quicker than we were expecting. All in all we felt it was a great experience.
